Warranty & ReturnsWARRANTY:
Our products include a 60 day warranty against product defects from the delivery date. Items that are damaged from installation or installation attempts are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
- If item is defective, notification must be received within 7 days of delivery and an exchange will be provided at our discretion. The notification email address is: email@example.com
- Return Authorization must be obtained before returning the item to us; we will issue an RMA # for you return package. Signs of an attempted install that may have damaged the item will negate the return policy.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of purchaser.
- If the item is not wanted and there is no defect then a 15% restocking fee will be assessed on the purchase price.
- If a non-defective item is returned but has been opened or is not in original condition the refund amount will be the equivalent of the item used minus the normal 15% restocking fee.
- Shipping fee is non-refundable.
- Once the RMA # is issued customers need to return the product within 14 days.
